Learning Support Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Learning Support Assistants in secondary schools across Poole and the surrounding areas.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students of all abilities, helping them to reach their full potential and achieve academic success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Helping students with homework and projects
  • Supporting students with behavior management and social skills

Successful candidates will have a strong desire to support students in reaching their full potential and will ideally have experience working with children, particularly in a secondary school setting. Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills are essential.
