About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team on a fixed term basis for 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services and working closely with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication management and advice
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  3. Contribute to the development of clinical pharmacy services and policies

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
