Child Welfare Specialist

About the Role
As a Long Term Care Professional at Northamptonshire Children's Trust, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to children in long-term placements. This role requires a deep understanding of child development, family dynamics, and the impact of trauma on young lives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with looked-after children, a strong analytical mind, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines to develop and implement effective strategies that promote positive outcomes for our children and families.
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
