We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our dynamic team at iamproperty & iamsold. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for the development, leadership, and evaluation of our Learning & Development team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 3 direct reports and be accountable for the end-to-end process of the training cycle, including content creation, training delivery, evaluation, and coaching culture development.
- Undertake regular 1-2-1s and PDPs with the team and drive team and individual performance.
- Liaise closely with Generalist HR, Recruitment, and other key stakeholders to drive the People Strategy forward.
- Manage the Learning Needs Analysis process, which occurs twice a year.
- Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and impactful solutions.
- Assist with the creation and delivery of various programs linked to succession planning, attraction and retention of staff, raising the caliber of our People Managers, and career development.
- Evaluate training delivered and provide analysis of the results for reporting purposes to show business ROI.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify apprenticeship opportunities within iamproperty & iamsold and oversee the spend of the Apprenticeship levy through effective management of the iamproperty Apprenticeship Schemes.
- Significant previous experience in Learning & Development with a degree or equivalent training and coaching qualifications.
- Proven track record of creativity and ability to deliver learning activities in a motivating and effective way to a range of audiences.
- A passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Experienced people manager, with proven abilities to coach, monitor, and motivate the team.
- Experience of planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ability to understand, explain, and demonstrate each element of the Learning Cycle.
- Commercially focused with proven experience in demonstrating return on investment across a multitude of L&D offerings.
- Previous experience working within a HR Department is desirable.
