Learning and Development Advisor

The Inn Collection Group is seeking a skilled Learning and Development Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your expertise will help us achieve our business objectives and drive employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees and business.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning content.
  • Manage the Chef Academy Apprenticeship Programme, ensuring it runs smoothly and meets our high standards.
  • Coordinate learning programs, scheduling, and participant communication.
  • Administer our Learning Management System (LMS), managing course enrolments and supporting employees with any issues.
  • Measure the success of our training programs, gathering feedback and reporting on effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in learning and development, with strong facilitation skills.
  • Experience running induction programs and making new employees feel welcome.
  • Familiarity with apprenticeship programs and experience managing or coordinating training initiatives.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and keep everything on track.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
