The Inn Collection Group is seeking a skilled Learning and Development Advisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees and business.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning content.
- Manage the Chef Academy Apprenticeship Programme, ensuring it runs smoothly and meets our high standards.
- Coordinate learning programs, scheduling, and participant communication.
- Administer our Learning Management System (LMS), managing course enrolments and supporting employees with any issues.
- Measure the success of our training programs, gathering feedback and reporting on effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in learning and development, with strong facilitation skills.
- Experience running induction programs and making new employees feel welcome.
- Familiarity with apprenticeship programs and experience managing or coordinating training initiatives.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and keep everything on track.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
