Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PPC Executive to join our team at Searchability®. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising campaigns across Google and Microsoft Search platforms.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take the lead on 13 accounts across our various brands, running ads across Google and Microsoft Search for both Shipping and Display campaigns. The accounts will be an even split between eCommerce and Lead Generation, and you will be responsible for building out strategy, researching keywords, analyzing competitors, and continuing testing and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google and Microsoft Search platforms
  • Take the lead on 13 accounts across our various brands, running ads across Google and Microsoft Search for both Shipping and Display campaigns
  • Build out strategy, research keywords, analyze competitors, and continue testing and optimization
  • Control and monitor budgets and increase CTR, quality score, and conversion rates
  • Keep management informed about project progress, timelines, and outcomes
  • Generate reports for both management and Directors
  • Oversee and manage web analytics dashboards, reports, and crucial reporting tools, identifying key areas of significance
  • Execute A/B, splits, and multivariate testing across all accounts
  • Foster strong working relationships with key departments and managers to ensure effective communication throughout the organization

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar PPC role
  • Skills and experience in PPC, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads Shopping & Display campaigns, Performance Analysis
  • The desire to stay up to date with industry trends
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Some knowledge of broader marketing tactics and their purposes in a marketing strategy
