Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

At JD Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Merchandising team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our product offerings are optimally positioned to meet customer demands and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee hard launches, ensuring products are prepared on time and analyzing STR% performance.
  • Coordinate new product launches, utilizing product trackers, intake calendars, and KPI reporting to analyze time-to-site performance.
  • Annotate key information for future reference, including product issues and events.
Trading:
  • Monitor reserved stock daily by SKU level and conduct weekly reviews to manage stock holding.
  • Review low-cover lines in the warehouse, transferring stock from slow-selling stores to maintain sell-through rates.
  • Monitor key replenishments to support trade and ensure teams are aware of updates.
  • Review stock levels across other businesses and stores to service websites.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports to highlight good and deficient performance.
  • Merchandise the site using Fredhopper algorithms and manual modifications for key products.
  • Conduct site walks to identify potential issues and improve the customer journey.
Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with core merchandising, buyers, and marketing to sign off products for marketing activity.
  • Work with digital marketing teams (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, ECRM) to ensure product-related activity is appropriate.
  • Develop the merchandising team and serve as a point of contact for new technology.
Role Objectives and KPIs:
  • Maintain accurate stock files.
  • Implement and apply good practices.
  • Train, develop, and motivate the team.
  • Build strong relationships with the B&M team.
  • Identify opportunities and threats, and resolve current issues.
Requirements:
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective management and leadership experience.
  • Good understanding of Excel and PowerPoint, with SQL knowledge beneficial.
  • Effective communication skills and highly organized with strong prioritization and time management skills.
