Senior Property Administrator

As a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional property management services to our clients. Your main duties will include:
- Renewals: Overseeing the renewal process for client properties, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time.
- Repairs: Coordinating repairs and maintenance work with third-party suppliers, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and client requirements.
- Deposits and Lettings Accounts: Managing client deposits and lettings accounts, handling any queries or issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. A full driving license and own car insurance are also essential for this role.
