We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estates Management Surveyor to join our team at Bracknell Forest Council. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the effective management of our diverse commercial property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out commercial property valuation and management, including new lettings, rent reviews, marketing, lease renewals, assignments, debt management, service charge management, repairs, and dilapidations.
  2. Provide strategic advice to other departments on property issues.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling the diverse challenges of the property industry and hold considerable post-qualification experience in commercial property, particularly in rent reviews and lease renewals.

A solid understanding of valuation methods and techniques, along with relevant estate management laws, is essential.
