About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. As a key member of our Housekeeping Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out daily cleaning tasks in allocated buildings, rooms, and areas, adhering to our standard operating procedures and ensuring exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Liaise with the Housekeeping Supervisor and House Staff on a daily basis, responding to special requests and providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the safe storage of cleaning materials and equipment, maintaining sufficient stock levels and reporting any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Assist in the cleaning of communal areas, including carpets, curtains, and high dusting, on a rotating schedule.
  • Report any repairs or maintenance issues to the designated Facilities Helpdesk and notify the Housekeeping Supervisor of any concerns.
  • Participate in routine housekeeping audits and ensure that all works are completed to agreed service levels.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Site Services and Facilities teams as required.
