We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Cinque Ports Vets team as part of our Graduate Development Programme. The successful candidate will participate in a 12-month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) followed by a 12-month Early Careers Programme (ECP), with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The GDP is designed to provide graduates with the essential skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a primary care setting, including:

  • 12 core educational days, including an intensive pre-start training camp
  • Focus on fundamental clinical and professional skills
  • Access to an extensive online resource library with over 170 hours of on-demand content

Following the GDP, participants will progress to the ECP, which offers flexibility and the opportunity to tailor clinical and professional skills training to individual areas of interest. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about veterinary medicine, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to start their career.
