Job Title: Lettings Branch Manager

Our esteemed client, a leading estate agency in Redditch, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Branch Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving branch performance, leading a team of professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and analysis of branch performance metrics
  • Mentoring and developing employees to achieve their full potential
  • Providing training and guidance to ensure staff are equipped to meet customer needs
  • Ownership and accountability for branch performance
  • Monitoring and enhancing customer satisfaction through regular feedback and evaluation
  • Leading daily team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and challenges
  • Generating new business leads and encouraging the team to do the same
  • Following up on all leads to ensure conversion and growth
  • Offering guidance and support to staff members to ensure their success
  • Promoting third-party services to clients and encouraging cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintaining a positive and supportive work environment for all staff members
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven management experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the local property market and industry trends
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in technology and able to adapt to new systems
  • Valid driving license
