About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Lettings Branch Manager to join our team in Redditch. As a Lettings Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Performance: Monitor and report on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Motivate, mentor, and monitor employees within the branch, providing training and guidance as needed to ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints, and implementing processes to improve customer experience.
- Lead Generation: Lead generation and encouraging the branch to generate leads whenever possible, following up on all leads that come in to the branch.
- Staff Support: Provide guidance and support to staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with current legislation and company policies.
Requirements:
- Management Experience: 3 years of management experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the local area and industry, with a strong understanding of the real estate market.
- Technology Skills: Proficient with technology, including CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is required.
