Job Title: Lettings Branch Manager

Location: Redditch

Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)

OTE: £65,000


About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Lettings Branch Manager to join our team in Redditch. As a key member of our estate agency, you will be responsible for leading our lettings team and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting of branch performance
  • Motivating, mentoring, and monitoring employees within the branch
  • Providing training as needed to employees
  • Ownership of branch performance
  • Monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Conducting morning meetings
  • Lead generation and encouraging the branch to generate leads whenever possible
  • Following up on all leads that come into the branch
  • Providing guidance and support to staff
  • Promoting all third-party services to clients at every opportunity
  • Promoting and maintaining the wellbeing of all staff members
  • Ensuring compliance with current legislation
