About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our culinary and hospitality teams. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our restaurants, bars, outdoor BBQ space, Club House, and wedding and party venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus and beverage programs to drive revenue growth and enhance the guest experience
  • Manage and motivate a team of chefs, servers, bartenders, and other hospitality staff to deliver exceptional service and quality
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with the hotel's sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and other relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
