About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at ESS. As a Catering Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients and customers receive high-quality food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to our clients and customers
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Ensuring that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
