As a Ventilation Cleaning Technician with Cameron Clarke Associates, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ventilation, ductwork cleaning, and air hygiene services to our clients in the Kent, London, and South East areas.
Key tasks include:
- Undertaking preventative maintenance servicing and cleaning of ventilation systems, fans, and kitchen environments
- Performing duct hygiene and grease ductwork cleaning in accordance with TR19 Grease
- Conducting full kitchen extract deep cleaning and cooking appliance cleaning
- Installing access panels and water tank cleaning
- Collecting water samples and taking required before and after photos
- Ensuring service sheets and reports are completed and issued on time
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full driving licence with access to a vehicle to drive to the office each morning
- A can-do attitude and effective verbal and listening communication skills
- Team work skills and literacy skills
- Flexibility with working hours, including day, evening, and night work
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures
