About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Organic Social Team as a Trainee Social & Content Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content that effectively hooks viewers' attention and drives audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, produce, and edit engaging video content that positions Next as a credible destination for fashion and home.
  • Develop compelling and brand-consistent content for various social media platforms and across multiple formats.
  • Cultivate a meaningful connection with our audience through assets that add value.
  • Identify opportunities to initiate or contribute to community conversation, aiming to enhance customer experience and drive positive brand sentiment.
  • Stay up to date with emerging social trends and provide insights on what's trending in the wider social space.
  • Support the team on additional campaigns and projects as required.
