Job Title: Social Media Content Creator

Windmill9 Consulting is seeking a talented Social Media Content Creator to join our client's marketing team in Leicester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a social media strategy that drives engagement and grows our client's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a social media content calendar that aligns with our client's marketing goals and objectives
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with our client's estate agents to highlight new listings and local market insights
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates to ensure cutting-edge practices
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the property or related sectors
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and their results
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and their application to social media
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box
  • Full, clean UK driving license for occasional property visits
