Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

  • Content Creation: Develop and implement social media content strategies that align with our brand objectives and target audience.
  • Platform Management: Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to ensure content consistency and alignment with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Analytics: Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
  • Tool Utilization: Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and analyze data for insights and optimization opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Skills: Strong writing skills, creative mindset, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tools: Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
