As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting mental health assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and providing support to individuals with mental health needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct mental health assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with service users, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
* Provide support and guidance to service users and carers to promote independence and well-being.
* Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to service users.
* Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to the development of care plans and treatment plans.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service user interactions and care plans.

Requirements:

* Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
* Experience of working in a community mental health setting.
* Strong assessment and care planning skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with service users, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
* Good understanding of mental health legislation and policies.
