Key Responsibilities
- Deliver shopping to customers' doors, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with the wider store operation, lending a hand when needed and providing support to colleagues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure excellence in your role
Requirements
- A current driving license, held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points
- A winning way with people from all walks of life, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and late evenings
