Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Breast Care Specialist Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality specialist nursing care to patients with breast disease throughout their patient pathway and entire disease trajectory.

Main Responsibilities
  • To be an active member of the Breast Care Nursing team, willing to develop new skills and participate in providing high-quality specialist nursing care to patients with breast disease.
  • To work autonomously using expert clinical judgement and knowledge to provide informational and psychological care to patients and their families in conjunction with the multidisciplinary teams in acute care, primary care, and tertiary care providers.
  • To assist with all aspects of breast care provision in association with the multidisciplinary team.
  • To act as a nursing resource and provide clinical leadership and expertise as a Specialist Nurse concerning breast cancer and function at an expert level.
  • To take responsibility for own evidence-based practice and to ensure awareness of current research to support and underpin specialist advice.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £41,000 - £64,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including access to our comprehensive occupational health services, flexible working schemes, and family-friendly policies.
