About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Sister/Charge Nurse to lead our Enhanced Care Team at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the care of patients who require close supervision, primarily those living with dementia, delirium, mental health illnesses, or a learning disability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and clinical guidance to the Enhanced Care Team
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients
  • Collaborate with medical wards to maintain a culture that supports our trust values
  • Ensure high standards of care, quality, and patient safety
  • Support team members with debriefing sessions and problem-solving
