Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse to lead our Enhanced Care Team in providing high-quality care to patients with complex needs.

Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and clinical guidance to the Enhanced Care Team
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the needs of patients with dementia, delirium, mental health illnesses, or learning disabilities
  • Collaborating with medical wards to maintain a culture that supports our trust values
  • Ensuring high standards of care, quality, and patient safety
  • Supporting team members with debriefing sessions and problem-solving
