About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an Autism Support Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with children with Autism and their families to provide support and guidance in managing behavior and developing strategies for daily living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide short-term home-based autism programs to children with Autism and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support children's behavioral and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement
  • Provide training and education to parents and caregivers on Autism and related topics
