Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with autism, promoting social, communication, and academic skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Assist in creating an inclusive classroom environment that fosters a positive and encouraging learning experience for students with autism.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Support classroom management and behavior support strategies to ensure a smooth and productive learning environment.
