About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our Early Help Autism service as an Autism Support Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with children with Autism and their families to provide short-term home-based autism programs, enhancing carer's skills and abilities, and improving family functioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized autism programs for children with Autism and their families.
  • Provide training and support to carers on strategies to manage behavior and improve family functioning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for children and families.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust programs as needed.
