Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer

Reporting to the Divisional Director, the Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for analysing and maintaining pricing for all revenue streams, encompassing both sell-out and cost pricing. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial tyre industry and the ability to work closely with the Head of Operations, Head of Sales, and Head of Strategic Development to ensure the protection and future of development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the commercial tyre industry.
  • Takes accountability for their own performance and actions, demonstrating an "above the line" attitude in all that they do.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple demands whilst maintaining quality, accuracy, and providing results.
  • Adhere to and comply with company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Able to spot trends and interrogate data.
  • Aptitude and experience of using Microsoft office, specifically MS Excel and MS Word, along with other computer literacies.
  • Provide analysis, reporting, and maintain pricing data for Key Account Customers – both Indirect and Direct.
  • Providing general support to the Sales and Operations team, including analysis reporting.
  • Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
  • Alongside the Divisional Director, lead the commercial terms negotiations with all key suppliers.
  • Produce monthly rebate analysis.
  • Processing Manufacturer price movements and dissemination of data relating to these changes, including customer price files and retail guide pricing.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the skills and experience of the Commercial Analyst and stock/ordering analyst.
  • Perform other commercial analytical duties at the discretion of the Divisional Director.
  • Undertake project work or additional responsibilities as and when required by the Divisional Director.
  • Contribute to the long-term development of Central Tyre Brand that contributes to, and supports, the company's strategic plan for growth.
