About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group FP&A Analyst to join our team at Snowfox Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of weekly flash forecasts, quarterly reforecasts, annual budget, and long-term plans. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function. Support the standardization and automation of reporting processes.
  • Technology Implementation: Support the development and deployment of Anaplan for financial planning and forecasting, and management reporting. Assist in the implementation and utilization of PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and IT, to gather data and ensure alignment of financial goals. Present financial analysis and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA) is highly desirable.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or a related finance role, preferably within a large organization.
  • Experience with financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Previous involvement in system implementation projects (e.g., ERP, Anaplan) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
  • Experience with financial planning software, particularly Anaplan, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
