We are looking for an experienced Adults Support Manager to join our team at Domus, a leading organization in the Health and Social Care sector.

This role involves managing multiple Supported Living or Residential services for adults with Learning Disabilities, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for staff management, development, and coaching, as well as budgeting and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care services to adults with Learning Disabilities.
  • E nsure compliance with statutory regulatory bodies and company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Investigate areas of concern surrounding quality and compliance, implementing remedies to safeguard against recurrence.
  • Provide effective out-of-hours cover, participating in a weekend on-call rota.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working as a multi-site Home/Locality Manager within the Health and Social Care sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality care services and improving service performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
