Job Summary

As a Wraparound Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff to provide exceptional care and education for children. You will develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children and their families, maintain open and effective communication with parents and schools, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

You will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team, and will be supported by a comprehensive training program and ongoing coaching and feedback.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working with children, has excellent leadership and communication skills, and is able to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a management role in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and move children (if required).
