Wraparound Care Coordinator

About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Wraparound Care Coordinator to join our team at Junior Adventures Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality wraparound care services to children aged 4-11 years old.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in childcare coordination, with a proven track record of leading teams and implementing engaging programs for children. You will be passionate about providing safe and nurturing environments for children to thrive.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver wraparound care services to meet the needs of children and families
- Develop and implement engaging programs that promote physical activity, creativity, and social skills
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in childcare coordination or leadership roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for working with children and families
