RCM Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a new build residential project in Downham Market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing direct staff and specialist subcontractors on site, ensuring that work is carried out to specification, and adhering to health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the site team to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Oversee the installation of building components and ensure that they meet the required standards.
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Manager and Project Manager to achieve project goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between subcontractors, clients, and end-users to resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing the delivery of housing projects.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • NVQ Level 3-4 BTEC diploma in Building Construction or equivalent qualification.
