About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Encourage and facilitate social interactions, community engagement, and leisure activities.
Requirements
