About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Excellence Manager to join our team at Beam Suntory. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through the development and implementation of commercial strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial plans
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
    • Develop and implement metrics and reporting to measure process performance
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
  • Change Management
    • Develop and implement change management plans to drive adoption of new processes and strategies
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate and train on new processes and strategies
    • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leadership and commercial teams
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement commercial strategies and initiatives
    • Communicate and report on commercial performance and progress to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 5-10 years of experience in commercial excellence roles, with a focus on process improvement and change management
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through commercial strategies and initiatives
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
    • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of commercial strategies and initiatives
