We are seeking a skilled Care Manager to oversee our Housing with Care facilities in Newark and Sherwood. The ideal candidate will have experience leading front-line services, ensuring a customer-focused approach for tenants living in a Housing with Care setting.

This role involves developing extra care housing services for older people, contributing to the overall direction and continuous improvement of the Careline service. The successful candidate will promote independent living within the district, utilizing their knowledge of managing dispersed teams, project management, financial and budget management, and legislation relating to social housing.

The successful applicant will work with a professional team who are passionate about delivering excellent services and supporting the objectives outlined in our Community Plan. They will be responsible for working with tenants, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of our Housing with Care services.
