About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. in the South East region. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our residential projects in Paddock Wood, Kent.

As Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the successful delivery of our construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Site Manager in managing the construction site, including health and safety, trades, and material coordination.
  • Assisting in the management of site presentation, cost control, and ensuring compliance with Company and NHBC standards.
  • Playing a key role in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Retirement Living's desirable developments.

Requirements:

  • Relevant previous site experience gained building Residential Apartments and New Homes.
  • Qualified First Aider at Work and may have progressed from a trade background.
  • CSCS Card and NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
  • Assertive and calm under pressure to meet numerous construction deadlines.
