About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with new and current customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide detailed information to the marketing department relevant to any potential accounts
  • Support the Depot Manager in achieving sales targets and assist in the management of sales where required
  • Produce weekly quote levels, sales figures, and reports to track business performance
Requirements
  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving license
  • Good IT literacy and presentation skills
  • Previous experience in the drainage, construction, civil engineering, waste, or utilities industries (advantageous but not essential)
