Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled General Affairs and HR Officer to join our team at JAC Recruitment (UK) Ltd. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have 80% administration and HR related duties, with 20% dedicated to PA tasks. Key responsibilities include payroll management, insurance, pension, salary increases, recruitment, onboarding, and dealing with leavers. You will also handle document and data management, respond to employee inquiries, and support the CEO.

This role requires business level English and native level Japanese skills. Experience in UK HR, labour, or administration roles is essential, as well as proficiency in payroll/HR-related tasks and PA duties. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

Please note that the successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK, as the company does not sponsor work visas.
