We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Construction Manager to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading all pre-construction activities, from project award to delivery to site operations team.
About the Role- Assume full responsibility for leading pre-construction activities, including design co-ordination, procurement, and planning.
- Work closely with the management team to manage the design, planning, programming, procurement, placement, and management of plant, labour & material orders on each project.
- Maximise the financial position of each contract while maintaining a strong relationship with clients.
