Temporary Licensing Administrator

Are you looking for a temporary opportunity to gain experience in licensing administration? We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Temporary Licensing Administrator. This hourly paid position offers the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for administering licensing duties, processing payments, issuing receipts, and recording transactions in accordance with financial rules and procedures. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers and has excellent administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities- Administer licensing duties assigned to the Licensing Section of the Shared Regulatory Services.
- Process payments for applications and issue receipts as required.
- Record transactions in accordance with financial rules and procedures.
- Manage and oversee the inputting of computer-based and paper information systems, utilizing specialist or general software systems as appropriate within the Licensing Section.
To be considered for this role, you will need excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have knowledge of financial rules and procedures, as well as experience with computer-based and paper information systems. The salary for this position is £12.80 per hour (PAYE).
