Warranty Administrator

A & M Group are a family run multi-franchise group. Since we started in 1986 we have grown to become a well known dealer in agricultural and construction equipment.
Due to continued success and expansion, we are looking to employ a Warranty Administrator who will be based at our new Bridgend head office. We require an experienced individual to enhance our already successful team and assist us to grow.
The Role / Requirements of this Administrator:
- Process and submit all warranty claims following franchise specifications.
- Dealing with warranty issues between customers and manufacturers.
- Managing both our existing and new warranty accounts.
- Liaising with existing managers to ensure the smooth flow of warranty work through the workshop.
- Assisting our current service administrator with day to day running of the warranty department.
- Prepare and collate information required for regular franchise-specific audits, ensuring all records are kept correctly and accurately.
You’ll have an outgoing and friendly personality, excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and target driven whilst being organised and have a great eye for detail, as well as being committed and reliable.

**Experience**:
- You will need to have a strong background working in warranty or service administration whether that is in agriculture, construction or out of the industry completely
- You will need to have good IT skills to be able to submit and process warranty claims etc.
Your personality is key to ensure you have a fantastic career within this organisation as well as utilising great customer service and communication skills. You must be self-driven and enjoy working as a team to achieve results.

Salary Competitive / Negotiable (Depending on experience)
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
