We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our Production Team at McLaren Automotive in Woking. As a Production Team Member, you will be an integral part of a small multifunctional team, empowered to improve processes around quality, cost control, productivity, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow detailed work instructions to construct, paint, or assemble vehicles or mechanical assemblies.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, to ensure operations are completed within the given timeframe and to the required standards.
- Collaborate with the team to define and solve problems affecting the quality, cost, or productivity of the production process.
- Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining a clean and tidy workstation, in line with the expectations of the business.
- No formal qualifications are necessary, but experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a distinct advantage.
- Prior experience of working as part of a team and meeting timescales and deadlines is desirable.
- Ability to follow processes and good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
We offer a competitive pay rate of £14.57 per hour, with 28 days' holiday per year accrued as worked. PAYE employment with pension available.
