Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to join our team at McLaren Automotive. As a key member of our Manufacturing Engineering team, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems that support the production of our high-performance vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and systems that meet the requirements of our high-performance vehicles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks and improve overall manufacturing efficiency.
  • Design and implement tooling solutions to support the production of new vehicle models.
  • Work with suppliers to deliver and integrate tooling solutions into the production environment.
  • Conduct time and motion studies to optimize manufacturing processes and improve plant efficiency.
  • Develop and implement facility layouts and material flow to support the production of new vehicle models.
  • Support the implementation of best practices to improve RFT delivery and plant efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
