About the Role

This Clinical Administration Coordinator position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Diabetic Eye Screening Programme. The successful candidate will manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage patient records and maintain accurate databases.
  2. Coordinate appointments and schedule clinics.
  3. Respond to patient enquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a clinical administration role or similar environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office.
Salary Range

This position offers a competitive salary range of approximately £22,000-£28,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include health insurance and paid vacation time.
