About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Grosvenor Talent Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the North region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the North region.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase the value of our services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in new business development with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a hunter mentality.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients.
  • Experience with CRM software and industry-specific tools.
  • Industry knowledge in industries with large product catalogs is a plus.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £45k, plus car and bonus (OTE £65k). This role also offers hybrid/remote working flexibility, allowing you to work from home and on the road.
