Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established menu plans
- Handle the preparation of both hot and cold dishes
- Manage inventory by placing orders and conducting stock rotation
- Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards for proper food storage
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and utensils
- Present and garnish dishes attractively
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive demeanor with guests and colleagues
- Assist in completing all opening and closing checklists for shifts
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a kitchen or culinary role is essential
- Experience in a similar position is advantageous
- DBS certification is required
- Access to e-learning for obtaining Food Safety Level 2/3 certification is available.
