Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established menu plans
  • Handle the preparation of both hot and cold dishes
  • Manage inventory by placing orders and conducting stock checks
  • Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment
  • Ensure proper food storage in compliance with safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and utensils
  • Present and garnish dishes attractively
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive demeanor towards guests and colleagues
  • Assist in completing all shift opening and closing checklists.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a kitchen or culinary setting is essential
  • Experience in a similar position is advantageous
  • DBS certification is required
  • Access to e-learning resources for obtaining Food Safety Level 2/3 certification.
