As a Skills Resource Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our team. Your primary responsibility will be to source potential candidates for the Skills Bootcamp program through various channels, such as job boards, career fairs, and local partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates for the Skills Bootcamp program
Coordinate and schedule Skills Bootcamp training sessions in collaboration with the Training and Development department
Regularly update data on candidate's profiles, including training completion, competency assessments, and skill gaps
Collaborate with resource teams to understand specific skill requirements for various projects and departments
Support resource teams in identifying suitable candidates for project assignments, considering skills, availability, and location

Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports and analyse data related to the Skills Bootcamp program, employee skills, and resource allocation
Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis to optimize workforce planning and resource allocation strategies
Ensure all personal data is collected, stored, and processed in line with the Data Protection Act (DPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Company Policies

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and familiarity with HR software or systems
